Met with Juanita Gomez for the first time today. She is wonderful. I went to the Silver Isles clubhouse to update my resident information and to get a quick description of the new Resident Dashboard and car registration. She quickly welcomed me into her office and answered all of my questions and concerns relating to the new resident dashboard as well as registering my car for the upcoming new community access system. She actually is the very first community manager I have been able to meet in more than six years I've resided here. Great people skills. Thanks Steve

First class service and personable, PAOLA VELANDIA was super helpful in the entire process. She handles herself with the utmost professionalism in kind regard under-pressure of deadlines, she is truly knowledgeable, she made herself available for our questions and concerns and readily provided information. Sandy Martinez has been such an amazing addition to the staff at the Maple Ridge Clubhouse in Ave Maria! We have attended several events since she took over as Lifestyle Director and they have all been well organized, well advertised, and fun for the whole family! My daughter particularly loved the Halloween Party and I had a blast at the Argentine Wine Dinner. I can't wait for the next one. Sandy, keep up the great work!

Sandy Martinez Frances Danielle Lori Russo I would like to take the time and express my gratitude to these three professional ladies Sandy Martinez, Frances Danielle and Lori Russo. During my welcome package I had the time to interact with all three of them and I can say that I’ve had one the most amazing experience ever. They were very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing customer service and attention to details.

After dealing with Miami’s management over the past two years I must say that the management style here is a don’t care attitude. Our property Manager Pauline Hayden does not have the residence best interest at hand. I am currently living in a gated community and the hat is always broken. No resolution from the management company other than broken promises to have the issue correct. Communication is not present, gate system changed no process communicated, why as residence we should drive to Miami management for updated decals to get into our gate, they should come up with a better process and made it convenient for working class people. My Mercedes was towed during the three weeks we had constant rain in the middle of the night and I called to speak with Pauline and she was on vacation however I was told that they would connect me to her boss. I received a voicemail and Pauline manager never reached out to me. Keep the dam Mercedes I’m not going to tow yard to argue with anyone. What goes around come around. I am going to my board asking for us to change the management company. A follow up or response at the time is not needed other than a new management company for our association.
